First: the structure:

  • Concrete structure as per specification of the American code (Foundations for two stories and attachment)

  • Ground floor buildings from excellent red bricks size 20x30x20 cm.

  • The concrete parts underground painted with two watery insulation layers.

  • Spraying insecticides for white ants on four stages.

  • Ready mix concrete is used.

Second: fence and outer area:

  • The villa fence from the four sides 2.4m of excellent red bricks.
